Monday-Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm, we are closed all major holidays.

When should I expect to receive my order?

If your schools site is available year round, all in stock items should be shipped with 3-7 business days. Winter items or items that are personalized can take up to 2 weeks to produce. We will contact you if any items are out of stock. If your school is doing an ordering "window" please check your schools link for shipping details/delivery.

What is your return policy for school uniforms and spirit stores?

If your school participated in an ordering "windows", there no refunds or exchanges unless manufacturer defect. If your school is a year round participant, please call for a return authorization number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
